Made-to-Order Production Time
Every Team Positive item is made just for you when you order — nothing sits on a shelf waiting to ship. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be made before it ships. Items with custom branding (like our woven hem labels or embroidery) may fall toward the higher end of that window.
Shipping Times (Continental U.S.)
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- Priority shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days
Total time from order to delivery (production + shipping) is typically 10-17 business days for standard shipping.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to hit these timelines, shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or high-volume periods (like new collection drops) are outside our control, but we'll always do our best to keep you updated.
