How long until my order ships?
Everything's made when you order it. Production takes about a week, then it ships. We'll email tracking the moment it's in the mail.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on orders $75+. Everything under that ships flat rate.

What sizes do you carry?
The sizes depend on the shirt, but many tees and tanks run from extra small (XS) to triple extra large (3XL)

How do I know what size to order?
Check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Fit varies by style (relaxed vs. true-to-size vs. cropped). The models' stats and worn size are listed on the product images so you can see what others are wearing. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since every item is made to order just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. 

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days at playforteampositive@gmail.com with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit. Full policy is on our [Returns & Refunds page].

Is Team Positive a real team, or just a shirt brand?
