Returns & Refunds

Because every Team Positive item is made to order just for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. We know that's different from a typical retail policy — it's part of how we keep this a small, sustainable, community-driven brand.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days at playforteampositive@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Exceptions
We're unfortunately unable to offer returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards, beyond the damage/defect policy above.

Sizing
Since exchanges aren't available, please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, reach out to us at playforteampositive@gmail.com before you order and we're happy to help you pick the right fit.

Resolution timeline
Once your damage/defect claim is approved, we'll process your replacement or store credit within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at playforteampositive@gmail.com.
